Arun also serves as Chairman and CEO of Direction Software Solutions, a Microsoft certified Gold Partner Company , specialized in developing & implementing Internet strategies for businesses & providing high-end software development services.
He received a B.Sc. degree in Physics from Oxford University and a Masters degree in Physics from Imperial College, London.
Under his headship, Direction has experienced tremendous growth and has increased its employee base to over 250 employees in less than 6 years.
Arun has served as Director of various Multinational and startup companies. He played a very vital role in the early initiation of the fastest growing mail order company in India from 1992 to 1998.

Mr. Hardy Thomas
Director Operations

Hardy Thomas, co-founder of Frozen Digit, has worked in the position of Project Manager, Head visualizer, and Lead Graphic Technologist. As one of the founder of Frozen Digit, he is the overseer to the technical and creative division. With over 9 years in the industry, his past experience comprised of handling core responsibilities in companies like LumenPhon Multimedia, DataLine integrations and Navneet Learning Solutions (a Division of the Rs 300 Crore Navneet Publications). During his tenure he envisioned newer methodologists and techniques in the various areas of technology and art. Hardy has an invariable experience in the domain of 2d graphics, 3d graphics, video, multimedia, animation, the web, the audio industry, the e-learning industry, 2d and 3d / Pc and mobile gaming industry.
He has a great exposure in various aspects of the Graphics, Multimedia, eLearning and Gaming industry and logical analysis towards any product under development. He takes utmost interest in development of libraries of codes which could be used for future interactivity and game development. He also used to develop and direct 3d simulations, video works and sound recording for the entire Navneet e-learning and audio cassette and CDROM products. He has also worked on projects to the Prime minister, the Nuclear power corporation, BBC London, to name a few.

 

Mr. Santoshvyas Joshi
Director Marketing and Business Development

Santosh is a co-founder of Frozen Digit. Before founding FD, he worked with Small Device Mobile Technologies Pvt Ltd, handling Key clients viz THQ wireless, In-fusio, Global fun, Dot Photo, Recreate Solutions etc. He was involved in marketing as well as handling day to day activities of project execution . He worked very closely with the top management keeping them abreast of the client requirement and guiding top management to take proper decision. He worked with SD for more than 2.5 years, and in this tenure, he roped in key clients like Infusio, Recreate solutions, Global fun and increased the team strength from 5 to 50+ which comprised of engineers and testers in Mumbai and Bangalore.

 

Mr. Stephen Shepherd
Independent Director

A Mobile industry veteran of 20 years, Stephen Shepherd entered the industry in 1987 following an earlier career in trading and financial markets. Following the successful launch of one of the UK's first mobile phone rental companies, he went on to found Contact Consultants in 1990.
